As a consumer, you have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are to be delivered uniformly or are already being delivered uniformly.

At the time when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered goods that are to be delivered separately as part of a single order.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (EnM Industry, Adenauerstraße 12, 52146 Würselen, Germany, email: info@enmindustry.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post, fax or email) of your decision to revoke this contract.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation: If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Lager: EnM Industry c/o Surma, Adenauerstraße 12, 52146 Würselen, Germany, without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

If you have ordered from our shop via the following platforms: MediaMarkt, SATURN, ebay, voelkner, enmindustry and Kaufland and the order value is less than 40 euros, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods (in accordance with the return conditions of the following platforms).
