City Building Game: Chandigarh
In 1951, the Indian government commissioned the renowned architect Le Corbusier to design a new capital for Punjab: thus CHANDIGARH was born. The players, taking on the role of urban planners, will be tasked with constructing this modern city from the ground up. Utilizing an original card mechanic, they will build structures, seek to capitalize on those erected by fellow players, utilize the skills of various municipal employees, and strategically position themselves in key city locations, all in pursuit of fulfilling the patterns outlined in their chosen plans. The player who accumulates the most prestige points in this manner will emerge victorious in the game.
